Re: Boss Mega Distortion VS Metal Zone

I found the MT-2 had a lot of distortion but didnt have a lot of tone. It was just so nasty. Get a V-Amp 2 with a tube mic pre. Yes Im going to spam that everywhere beause it owns.

I've got a buddy's Metal Zone lying around here somewhere...it's pretty brutal. I use a Marshall Shred(more Crunch- ahum)master myself.

Re: Boss Mega Distortion VS Metal Zone

I've read some good things about the new Krank unit. I'm looking for something to give my old Fender Deluxe Reverb some bigger balls. The amp sound amazing with my Tube Screamer but still not enough gain. My DS-1 doesn't cut it either, sounds harsh.

Re: Boss Mega Distortion VS Metal Zone

I had a Metal Zone that got burned, and it still worked great, and looked pretty wicked!
