Comparison? X2N Vs EMG707? Opinions?

Just wondering if anyone has tried both of them, i acsolutely love the X2N and i just can't find another pickup similar for the 7string, the blaze custom comes close but not quite. I've been reluctant to try emg's especially since it involves having to route my 7620 for them. Has anyone tried both of them?

They don't make an X2Ns for 7 strings, do they? If they did, that would be great. I had no idea what an X2N was until I repaired a friends SG and it had one in it. Great pickup! I plan on putting the X2N in all of my six strings now.

The x2n is reportedly the highest output pickup made but I think the bill lawrence xl900 (no longer produced) holds the record now. Steve used to use the x2n way back in the day. Its just ridiculously powerful I suggest a noise gate if your going to use it, but it has great tone
