hmmm odd this tc-65 isnt in production now, only the tc-35 (no reverb) is available so i can only sumise that this is a late 80s early 90s model

Haha, I think everyone of my guitar playing friends had a Gorilla amp or knew someone who did. That was my first little practice amp 13 years ago. I think I got it from some little shop for $35.

Yep, my first amp was a Gorilla, way back in 87. Great amp, until I blew it up doing something REALLY stupid.

That's the one! Surprisingly good, too, except the pups sucked. IMO it smoked the Ibanez EX cheapos at the time.

I used to have a Gorrilla, way back in the day... Borrowed it from my uncle when he loaned my his electric when I started playing. It wasn't horrible... fun little amp. Sounded pretty cool, run slaved with the Crate GR-15 I bought with my first electric.

Funny, I dug that sound, but that's the only time I've ever experimented with a multi-amp setup in my life...

I know this post is from 2003... but i actually have the guitar you are discribing i think. Its all read with rounded edges and a gorillas head on the headstock. It sounds amazing too.
