Internet music project

Ok, I've got a friend who wants me to play lead over his tracks. What is the best way to do this? Should he just physically send me the cd or can he send me the tracks through the mail? Neither of us have a website to post them, (that would be sweet) and I know these files are going to be big.

I have a Galaris account that tops out at 6megs.....hmm, what to do? Anyone who's been down this road before, I sure could use a hand.

Or you could set up an FTP acct. and just have him upload a 2 track version of the project, then you do your track and send him just the wave fil once you're done and he can drop it in place.

Caution to export the track with a sync or send him the cool edit mix session. So he can continue to record or mix like he wants.
