Just Like Paradise lead setting

Hi folks - I've been working on the lead part to the song "Just Like Paradise" however I have hit a road block. My delay decay is ether way too long or not enough and it sounds okay but I can't get the repeat right on that delay for the lead part of the song. Anyone have any suggestions to try?

I'm using a 5150 III head with the TC Electronics GMajor (not the 2 - the original version) and I tried the ping pong and dual delay's and I'm about to go crazy as I can't dial it in. I was hoping the community here could help me become sane again .

It doesn't sound like ping pong or dual delay to me, just you regular 450ms or something digital delay, i've never played that song though but i also know that Steve usually plays two digital delays in parallel, with feedback pretty low as to get one or two repeats from each one.

Thanks for the info - I went with 475ms but that was too much so 450ms seems better...with a low feedback setting I'm close..at least better than I was before .
