Cool Kramer Pacer Custom 2 Wiring Help

Hey Folks!

I have just bought an used old Kramer Pacer Custom 2.

1 Schaller humbucker
2 Schaller single coils (not hum cancelling)
1 vol 2 tones
5 way switch
Coil tap

My problem is that i want to replace them with 3 DiMarzio pickups:

Air Norton S (Neck)
Super Distortion S (Middle)
D-Sonic (Bridge)

I have obtained the wiring diagram for the Pacer Custom 2 from the kramer forum:

Something like this:

My question is now, how do i get the 3 new pickups to fit in this new setup?
