Modellers

OK, my V-AMP2 is dying... got wet and the "Tap" button doesn't work anymore. Its old and can be replaced without threat of divorce or dismemberment.

What's a good cheap replacement?

Zoom G2, V-AMP3, anything out there that's not too pricey?

I'm a star only in my mind, and have absolutely no intention of doing anything anywhere near what most of you guys do.

Opinions greatly appreciated.

Re: Modellers

You could pick up a used POD for pretty few coins.

Re: Modellers

Define what "pricey" is to you and what you use it for. There's several POD, Digitech, Boss offerings that I would rank as better than the V-Amp series.

Re: Modellers

Thanks guys. Pricey would be above 200 USD. I will use it to play around with, mostly. Will record stuff for myself. That kind of thing.

Re: Modellers

Digitech RP350 or RP500 (new/used). I was forced to sell a lot of gear last year and so I got a cheap RP350 to keep playing and I loved the tones/simplicity. Hooks up to a PC directly via USB too.

Re: Modellers

Was looking at the digitech site for some samples of this RP355, which is within budget. LOL Rikk Beatty
