Need recommendation for 20/20 rack power amp!

Hey guys!
I wanted to know which cheap and good amps are available for 20/20w
to move a 2x12 speaker cabinet.

You can power cabs with 5 watt heads. Some of the newer ones sound great and are loud enough--I love my daughter's Epiphone Valve Jr.
Do you "need" a stereo power amp?

It doesn't have to be stereo at all, i just need it to be a 1U rack unit

My Blackstar HT-5 was f$&king loud through a 4x12 I played through at my gig on Friday night, and I mean really loud.

I use a mesa 20/20, its very, very loud..
I would recommend it but in truth ive not tried any other 20/20 rig.

The mesa is too expensive for me at the moment...
