Pedalboard owners...some help?

Hey guys,

I just bought a pedalboard, but I've run into a bit of a problem. I can't seem to figure out how to attach my wah wah (Dunlop Crybaby 535Q) to the board (the board is velcro) I know you have to take off the feet of the wah, as otherwise the velcro won't attach to the board because the velcro isn't thick enough to accomadate the size of the feet. Well, the problem is, if you take off the feet and just use the screws, they only go in so far, so you're still left with a sizeable gap between the backplate and the screws.

Anyone have any ideas from experience? What's the best course of action?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Easy. Shorter screws. Take a trip to your local hardware store. Bring the old ones, for comparison.

Well, I made my own pedal board, but for my crybaby I left the feet on, and used zip ties looped around O-screws. I don't like using velcro, I hate the way it looks on and after you take it off, decreases value for older effects.
