Pickup suggestion

I will be buying an Ibanez RGT42FX and plan on replacing the pickups. I can't decide between the JB/Jazz and the TZ/AN combos. I have read reviews stating that the JB/Jazz combo might sound a bit shrill due to the neck through body construction. According to reviews, the TZ/AN combo, however, does not clean up very well. If it helps, I play Progressive rock/metal.

What do you guys suggest?!

Re: Pickup suggestion

Super 3/Air Norton. I favor the Super 3 over the TZ for tone and output.

Re: Pickup suggestion

Guys, he's narrowed it down to these two choices.
The TZ/AN is the best decision in my opinion, because 1) it's DiMarzio! Screw Seymour! and 2) it sounds awesome.
The TZ doesn't clean up AMAZINGLY, but the AN does. And the TZ shines for distortion. And you say play prog rock? TZ=Paul Gilbert bridge tone. AN=John Petrucci neck tone.
Thar ya go.

LOL Smittty

I am a big fan of Petrucci's tone. What do you guys think of the Drop Sonic? I play in drop tunings but how does it sound in standard?
