You know, I don't really understand the gold connecters thing. Wouldn't you need gold jacks and gold cables too?

For me, I buy supplies from radio shack. it's cheaper to make your own. Soldering is not hard (for me) so the price difference is worth it.

i used to use the exact same thing!!!!

But then I started to play death metal, so the DS1 didn't really cut it. Therefore, I had to replace the hendrix wah because I don't like the way it sound with metal distortion.

I'm down to just my Peterson Strobostomp.

Damn accurate True Bypass tuner = killer.

I would use my Classic Crybaby wah, but I don't like it very much, lol.

Re: Post a photo of your pedal board.

Here's a pic of my current pedalboard. The roadcase is by NGM Pedalboards.

Here's a guitargeek.com layout of my current live rig and signal path. The RG550 and Strat each have a backup on stage.

Here's mine:

http://www.themonophonics.com/Band%2...Gear%20002.jpg

The Digitech Control X runs my Johnson J-Station, back at the amp, through the loop, and allows me control of indiviual effect parameters, through the control pedal, plus silent tuning. The Boss DS-1 is for a gain boost during solo work, and the Behringer Hellbabe, allows me switchless acess to wah tones: Step on, and wah, step off, and wahs off. Simple, yet effective.

I need a bigger board

It's pretty simple since I sold off a ton of pedals recently. Whammy for some stuff, EH small stone for clean parts sometimes, and the overdrives for rhythm or solo boosts. The ZW I use for rhythm parts, TS9 for leads, and I also have a modded DS1 I sometimes use as a clean boost but that sucker REALLY kicks things up about 10 notches The unfinished one is a delay pedal...

Now I also like wahs and I am using the 535Q and two EMB Audio remote/rack wahs. The three boss volume pedals control the rack units and it's friggin SUHWEET!

Re: Post a photo of your pedal board.

it's like most obscure eh pedals, does what it's supposed to do, (i.e drop down one octave) but as well has some cool little quirks. there are two settings, one overly bassy and one a bit trebly with some natural overdrive to it, as well with the filter knobs you can get some pretty cool guitar synth like tones.
