Quick INFO on Hughes & Kettner amps!!!

Hey guys, Well, I have a question or more of an opinion search. What do you guys think or have heard about the Hughes & Kettner PURETONE Head. Can this thing crank it out for some nice hard rock tones, or is just for some loud clean stuff... Let me know Thanks!

It's awesome. Some very nice crunch-tones to be had, like the old Marshalls. Great amps! Only one channel though. The DuoTone is also very nice.

The puretone is just that......... one channel cranked if you want sustain, roll the your volume on your guitar if you want it clean. It's a nice sounding amp, but if your after the hard rock/ metal mayhem try a Duotone or a Tri-amp.
