Talking Recommend me an Amp please

I've been GASin' for a low budget valve amp for quite a long time. I'm ending up with several possible purchases:

a new Laney LC30-2
a new Peavey Valve King 1-12
an used Fender Prosonic

my biggest concerns are:

1)maximum clarity - having a nice tight low end for me current 7 string and possible future 8 string (tuning G and lower). 6L6 are great power amp valves for that. Can Laney with its EL84's (can be changed to tight russian El84m's) match the clarity of Fender or Peavey (those come with 6L6's)?

2)universality - Fender Prosonic has one shared EQ for both chanels. Peavey and Laney have independent EQs for both chanels.

2)availability - Fender Prosonic being available only as used one is a king size pain in the ass to find in Europe. Peavey and Laney are available in stock in shops in me town.

3)Fender is Fender. The legend of Prosonic's mighty dual cascading gain stages lives strong in me. Selectable rectification is nice feature too though.

Your advices and opinions are welcome gentlemen!

Mesas are nice. Give me some extra cash to get.

Now seriosly, Mesas are notorios for loose low end and the price tag is way out of me range.

My experience is they're actually pretty tight, you just can't dime the bass knob.

On a budget, I wouldn't go tube for a pracice amp - I'd grab a Tech 21 Trademark 30. The most metal you can buy in 18-pound packages.

I'm considering a cheap budget tube combo myself. I've been thinking about the Peavey Windsor Studio. 15-20W adjustable, built to sound like a hot-rodded JCM800, but has the ability to swap a number of valves straight out of the box. You should try one of them out, they'll be just out now or very soon.
