Question Rumble stage light?

Ok, so, I think the rumble bassamp from Fender is cool. But apparently they've incorporated these red lights in the front, which pulsate along with your playing.

It's a nice idea, but to me it would be annoying whilst playing.

So my question is; can one turn these lights off? Or are they always on?

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, if you're feeling frisky, you could also break out the soldering iron. Insert an equivalent resistor or diode to keep your voltage/resistance/current values the same so you don't jam up something else...

Re: Rumble stage light?

Why are you looking at your amp's lights when you're playing? Got your back to the audience?

Thanks.

So there's is no on/off switch, then. Darn. This might be a solution. I might check out other manfacturers for a small bass combo. But the rumble does have my preference. Thanks again.

Well, I'm not going to use it on stage. I'm just going to use it at home and for recording. It would be pretty annoying for me, to see these flickering red lights in the corner of my eye all the time, when I'm playing.

Re: Rumble stage light?

My M-Audio 410 recording interface has an annoying flashing blue light on it.

Stick some blu-tac over it, problem sorted
