Speaker change in 4x12 cab

I want to change 2 of the 4 speakers in my JCM800 slanted 4x12" Marshall cab (mono), standard loaded with 4 G12T75 speakers.

I want to change 2 of them into Vintage 30.

What will give the best result?

I think the first option because of the balanced loading of all speakers.
Would you fit the V30 ass 2 lowest or as 2 upperspeakers?
Will my cab be than 270W?
