UK Jemsite brothers help! Carlsbro amps! need advice?

Hey guys

I've seen/read ads for Carlsbro's new amp called the NU Tone

I'm not a "nu metal" fan but It might be what I'm looking for

have any of you guys tried these amps?
here is a link
http://www.carlsbro.co.uk/nutone.htm

I can't obviously get one in canada, so I'd like to know what they sound like if anyone has or could try one.

I have already emailed the company, hopefully they will give a good responce.

Thanks

Chris

Hmm. Sounds like it'd be much like a Riviera Bonehead (or Knucklehead, maybe? i forget...). I think the dude from Staind nailed it when he said something like "It sounded amazing on it's own... But it produced so much low end that it would clash with the bass and produce all these weird resonances with the band."

sounds like it does one thing really well- play really heavy. I'd look for something more balanced; these nu-metal guys got great results out of conventional amps, i'm sure you can do the same.

Hell, if it comes to it, grab yourself a bass cab and build a stack with a bass cab and a 4x12. THAT would be a heavy low end.
