Re: Vintage Modern & RG520QSB Love

Thanks fellas. I've got to work out a better way to record. I just tried for the first time this past week by plugging a SM57 into my Digiteh JamMan. The first few times I tried making a video with a Blackberry then an i-Touch but the amp was way too much for their tiny little mics. The video recorder I used on that was HORRIBLE as you can tell by the picture. I guess the room was too dark because it's so grainy it looks like it was shot in 1970. I married the video to the audio file in MS Movie Maker.

I made a few other clips of a Silvertone 1482 I found on Craigslist last week and loaded those on youtube with a slide show. It's rough but it worked. I have to play with my cameras and figure out how far away it needs to be to keep from blowing the mic away.

The Vintage Modern is one of the best new amps to come out in a long time. Cuts in a band mix extremely well...
