Air Norton + Breed = Good Combo?

Hey all, installed a breed set in my parts guitar not too long ago, and contemplating switching out the neck for an air norton.

I like the smoothness and fatness of the breed, but it has that glassy, sharp pick attack that I don't care for in the neck. Also it overpowers the bridge in volume due to being in a 22 fret guitar I guess.

The AN is lower in output and the smoothest pickup I've had experience with (albeit in 24 feet RGs), but I've read here and there that it doesn't really pair well with the breed bridge?

Anyone try this combo?
