Bill Lawrence USA L500XL

I have just baught a Bill Lawrence USA L500XL, and I just can't the wiring to work. It has Red, White, Green, Black & Shield. This is contained within Red tubing. Can someone here please enlighten me about how to wire this? The pickup will be use as bridge. Standard RG 5-way switch.
