Buying new wire

So I'd like to replace the wiring in my guitar, some of it's frayed, losing shielding, and too short. In some cases I'll be extending wires that are already there (like from pickups). Anyone have any recommendations on where to acquire wire and what kind of wiring I should get?

Doing some research I've come up with 22 AWG stranded wire. I was looking at this as an option:

Thoughts? Any other wire type? Any other places to buy?

Cool, they're not the cheapest out there but their service is great and they have everything. They ship pretty fast too.
