Cant decide on a Humbucker for bridge
ok,Ive spent 2 weeks bouncing back n forth, reading reviews, listening to demos (or so called demos, more like hey watch me shred) ....But Theres Bill Lawrence, the Dimebucker SD ,Dimarzio has the Dactivator which is like an Active but its passive, yet sounds a bit light on the low end. The Best sounding pckup ive heard so far is the Seymour duncan TB6 as far as all out in your face good balanced full sound. yet That can alll depend on the players amp settings & recording equiptment he used when making the video.
Its gonna be going in a Mohagany Warlock with a Floyd, 1 vol,1 3 way switch.
If I spend 100 bux getting a pickup I KNOW will deliver, realistically its probably 1% better than what I could get for 60 bux.
I looked at these Guitarheads buckers for 39.00 a pair but real sceptical, plus I only need the bridge anyway cuz i already have a vintage Dimarzio in the neck (dp101) ..Can I get peoples opinions on a good choice . One that can play pretty soft clean ballady stuff and also handle high gain with some chunky tight low end & good mids & highs.
