I recently bought a Jackson Kelly, and i switched out the Jackson CVR2 passive bridge pickup out for a Seymour Duncan SH8 Invader pickup
The pickup is mounted in place and almost ready, but i still need to solder the wires in the right places.
i do know that i have to solder the Red wire and the white wire together, and i know that the green wire gets soldered onto the pickup selector
but i'm confused as to where the black wire goes, as well as the ground wire.
reason being is because i noticed when i was pulling out the previous pickup, the ground wire and the black wire were going to the same place, and it looked completely different from how the diagrams in the Seymour Duncan manual looked.
im just asking if anyone knows where to put what. because i don't want to screw this up. Thank you to anybody who can help and let me know if im getting anything wrong yet!
