Different original pickups in same guitar model

I'm a little bit confused. I recently bougth two RG565's, both are made in 1991 according to serial number.
On the green one there's a lo pro edge but the blue one have the usual edge trem. The pickups on the green says HB2 (bridge) and SB1 (neck). On the blue there are no text on the pickups and they don't look exactly the same but pretty much. And yes, both guitar have the original pickups from factory. Any thoughts?

Neck plates from "last year" on one of them, neck plates were stamped and put in a box and not necessarily used the same year. The pickups could be the same but with minor cosmetic differences - is there any info on the flipside of the pickups?

Re: Different original pickups in same guitar model

The green one is a 1992 model, but the neck was made in 1991. Not that uncommon. There's a few reasons for this. Ibanez starts building guitars before the model year. People are already starting to get their 2012 models, these weren't all made last month. It could of come off a body that was damaged. It might of just been an extra neck lying around.

Here's your 2 guitars. Notice you can see the white letters on the green one's pickups, but the blue one is blank.

Two different years, also quite possible, the two trems were swapped? Was the previous owner, owner of both? See info here:

This make sence now that I think about it. And the 1992 body came with the edge pro. The pickups are surely the same but the 1991 had no text on the pups. That came 1992. Thanks guys

There were pics on the Ibanez site which weren't officially released yet. Someone found them with some sleuthing. They look to be like the RG465M with an Edge Zero II. Probably being released later this year.
