wow, it looks weird. Ceramic magnet? LESS Output than a Paf Pro? I'd like to try one out and see how it sounds.

I hope its the american!!! Then I wouldn't have to bother switching the magnet with an A5. I think that would be a great bridge pickup, just a bit low output but an MXR micro-amp will sort that out

Pretty big typo...

Here's the Japanese Page, though it won't mean much to the non-japanese reading people:

http://www.dimarzio.jp/PU/HUM/DP213.html

Right under the number part of the specs are 4 katakana and the number 5..

This:
アルニコ 5

Which is this in romanji:
A RU NI KO 5

Looks like Alnico 5 to me..

What's the diff between Romanji and Kanji?

Better yet, EKG, where's your review?!

Romanji is a spelling out of the Japanese language in Roman characters..

Kanji is the 'hard' calligraphy, where one symbol can mean a whole word.

Katakana/Hiragana are a simplier form of writing, using phonetic syllables.

Given time I can usually translate kata/hira, still can't sight read them though.. I've only memorized a few characters at this point.. :P
