Distinguishing Dimarzio pickups

Hi dudes, maybe u guys might think im getting paranoid here, but i'm sure u have guys have encountered some bad dishonest techs before..

anyway, just would like to ask, how issit able to distinguish a dimarzio pickup? im having this super paranoid thought that my rg3120 sent in for repairs on its truss rod will be returned to me with the pickups swapped out and replaced with others, namely the Paf Pro and Tonezone...

I really don't know. But, you don't need to unsolder the pickup, and if you take the trem out with the strings on the whole process should take a few minutes.

Apart from looking at the serial numbers on the back then id say if your unsure find some pictures close up of your pickups and just check to see if there the same, pole pieces, shaping etc

the Tone Zone is one row of non-adjustable pole and one row of flat-head adjustable poles. all poles are chrome finished.
the PAF Pro has both rows of hex-head adjustable poles. all poles are black finished.
