Dominion Air Zone Or satch pickup

I had planned to buy another the and put a Dominion in the bridge. Now looks I'll be getting a fat strat. I want a good hard rock pickup with good harmonics. I play mostly late 70s early 80s stuff. I have a super distortion in my tele and want to use something different for variety. Is the Dominion a good choice, good harmonics decent clean or should I go air zone or one of satches pups. Anyone use a Dominion? Compare it to other dimarzios, I had many of their older models. Thx

Re: Dominion Air Zone Or satch pickup

The Dominion is like a razor sharp version of a Tone Zone, great for harmonics and the like. Also cleans up nicely. Air Zone will be a softer airier Tone Zone, so not as booming. Satch pickups are usually fairly moderate output.
