toss up between EVO and JB, 2 very different sounds but both great pickups

on basswood : duncan distrotion trembucker
on mahogany : duncan screaming demon / custom 5
on ash : duncan dimebucker
on alder : dunno, haven;t tried one.

I only use the bridge position humbucker, so I would say:

EMG 85 or 81
BL L500XL
Gibson 500T
