Glued magnet

I really liked the sound of my TZ when I flipped the non-aged side of the magnet, gave more presence. Now I want to do the same thing with my AN but I noticed its glued and not much info on web.

Question is; If I remove the magnet, will the glued side sound good enough or should I buy a new magnet before doing this?

Re: Glued magnet

You'll be fine--just do it and let your ears decide.

Re: Glued magnet

incase anyone searches, it sound pretty good for solo work if I had to describe, the series sounded closer to the parallel position when the aged side of the magnet is used but much stronger. Oh keep in mind I had a capasitor 0.47 which lessenes the sub freq.s a bit.

Probably great for a 22 fret guitar but if anyone finds it too tight/edgy, one can place the screw poles higher to the strings this works very well.
