Has anybody tried Liberator?

The Liberator Solderless Wiring System by Seymour Duncan

Is this as good as advertised? I have so many ideas for pickups that I may not want to stick with any one for long.

I did not use Liberator, but I use Barrier Strip Cable Wire Connector , plastic strip with 12 places that I cut in 4 places and leave one side for pickup wires. (On the other side are coresponding guitar electronic wires).

I have one in one of my test bed guitars for reviewing pickups. They are pretty handy for quick switches

Thanks for all the info guys.

It appears the 500K Liberator has 10 slots on it allowing for two pickups with 5 leads each for a single pot. Is that true?

I would only need one volume pot then as I don't use tone pots on my main guitar.

I take it the backside slots (on the other side of the 10 main slots are for output jack and ground to pot and to bridge/trem.

Thanks on that.

I think I will get them and test out some cool GFS pickups to start. Alnico II, Alnico V, ceramic, low resistance, high resistance, and all sorts of other stuff. I love the rhythm sound of my simple EMG HZs (13K ohm ceramic) but not definition on single notes. Chords are lush and very warm. It's one of the best humbucker tones I have ever heard just on that point but it doesn't seem to drive the single notes on solos any harder than a vintage PAF even though the resistance is high. That can happen sometimes.
