Help with wiring and switch choice


I'm fixing up my old Ibanez. Right now I want to wire in my pickups and add a selector switch. I will need to get a new switch as I don't have one, can anyone recommend me a 3 way switch please?
And can someone tell me how to wire it up as I'm not sure where to start.

The guitar will have 2 humbuckers, 1 volume, 1 tone. The pickups are Seymour Duncan Distortion in the bridge and Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck.

Check out Seymour Duncan's website, they have great wiring diagrams. I think this is the one you want:

If not, start here and choose what wiring options you want:

As far as the switch... I'm not 100% sure since I have never used one like the one in the diagram, but I think that is the typical "tele" type of 3-way switch with offset lugs on both sides:
