How can I wire an Evo with 1 vol and output jack only?

Just what it says. I am butchering a guitar up and all I want is an Evo, 500k volume pot and the jack. I don't want any tapping at all just the hum config. What are my options? Thanks!

Simple.

according to you're wiring specifications (dimarzio) combine the two wires coming of the coils and send it to the voulme, along with everthing else, then send the hot output to the jack plug.

I'd recomend having a tone on there mind, evo's are bright as hell.

Yea, maybe you're right. I can just keep the tone pot in the cavity. Much better idea, thank you.

Red to the 'in' part of the pot, usually left of center. Green and Bare to the back of the pot. Black and white solder together and taped off. Output from center lug of pot to jack, ground from back of pot to jack. Make sure the bridge ground is on that pot too.
