Yeah that's right. Sometimes I don't know why they route wires through other switches and stuff. Basically, both middle switch posts are ground, so they kill off one coil of each humbucker when pulled. The tone capacitor goes from the left switch lug to ground. Why they would use the switch lug instead of the pot casing is beyond me. You might decide to change the usage of that switch, or you might decide you want the opposite coils, in which case the middle lugs could go to their hots on the 3-way toggle switch. That would wreck your tone control. I'm sure there's a reason but you should wire that capacitor lead right to the casing of the pot in my opinion.
Same goes for that wire from the volume pot's casing. Just take that to the tone pot's casing, instead of through the switch lugs. Then you'll have only one wire going through both middle switch lugs to the casing of the tone pot.
