Middle S between Mo' Joe and PAF Joe?

For an Ibanez RG370 with Mo' Joe in the bridge and a PAF Joe in the neck, what is a suitable middle single coil sized pick up?

I'm a bit on the fence if I should even bother swapping the middle pick up, but I'd love to hear your suggestions.

Cheers!

What's your amp BTW?

Also I would like to know what style(s) of music do you play?

Can't suggest you anything unless I get more info on what you play.

Mostly hard rock and metal through a Marshall ML6100 (and a bunch of pedals...).
Amp might be changed to something more high gain later this year.
Thanks

If you don't use the middle very often (like most of us) I would suggest an Ibanez S1. It's a nice clean, low output pup that is relatively quiet considering it's a true single.

If you do use yours more often, I found the ToneZone S to be great for soloing and rhythm in my 770.

I personally love the DiMarzio SDS-1 and HS-3 in middle position.

Though you might want a pickup that's smoother than those like a Tone Zone S.

As both humbuckers are medium output I only use this guitar for hard rock - not metal. The ToneZone S seemed to fit the bill, thanks for the tip

This might help. Just posted this 3 weeks ago.
The focus is the Fast Track 1 in the middle of my '88 540s.
I think if you do some research, you might want to try this pup.
The Fast Track demo starts at 9:07
