neck single-coil for 540S
the neck C2 on my buddy's 540S is busted and he's asking me for suggestions on what to replace it with. the other pickups are C2 in the middle and F2 in the bridge. He was thinking of replacing it with a Dimarzio, but he isn't sure which one to get.

any recommendations are much appreciated. thanx in advance!

Well, if he likes the C2 (I know *I* do), he could get a DiMarzio HS2, which is basically the same pickup.
