Need help wiring EMG's

hey, i just got a set of EMG's (81 and 85) to put into my ibanez s1625fb. i also bought a 3 way blade style selector switch from allparts since EMGs wont work with a 5 way...
now, heres my problem, the switch terminals are labeled 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 on the EMG wiring diagrams...and the terminals on my allparts switch are labeled 0,1,2,3,1,2,3,0 i believe (its not right here in front of me)...i need to know how the EMG diagram corresponds to my allparts switch.

ive already emailed EMG tech support who told me they dont know and that i should email allparts...so i emailed allparts and they said they dont know and sent me over to guitarelectronics.com and said id find a diagram there. sure enough i found a diagram, but the original EMG diagrams, which are NO HELP! i emailed them and have gotten no response at all.

does anyone have this setup and they could open up the back of their guitar and tell me? or maybe a tech could help me out? plllease!

I would assume, that you could ignore the difference in the numbering, and use the 0 as 1, 1 as 2 ,2 as 3...ect. That's what Iwould do, anyway.

I found that this diagram works great for 3 position switch. It's for the Tele Set, but it uses the same wiring. I used this diagram to re-wire my tele (81 & 85 combo) with a new Allparts switch and it worked awesome.

Re: Need help wiring EMG's

Sorry to bump this thread or anything..
but you said EMG's doesnt work with 5-way switches? Yesterday I put a HZ4 in my RG150.. and it makes helluva much hiss and noise. could it be because of the 5-way switch ?
I'm not 100% sure I wired it right either.
