Pup Covers?

I keep hearing about the different color pickup covers. Are they difficult to install (to I unscrew anything or do they tape down)? I was looking at the ones on pickguardparadise.com

Re: Pup Covers?

While I have seen some colored covers on e*ay, I have never used them. Have you seen the bobbin toppers from Brian Calvert? You get them in any of several colors and choose standard or F spaceing and they stick on your humbucker tops. The look good, are inexpensive, and you can peel them off if you get bored. I miss the old days when you could get open-topped humbucker covers. That gave you the raw sound of an uncovered pickup but you couldn't snag a string under the coil edge.
