RG620X - Installing EMGs... ???

OK -
I've got an RG620X with the piezo system of course.

I'm trying to install EMGs in this guitar, but am having an issue with the wiring.
Can somebody tell me where I can find a diagram or help me figure out what I'm missing??
With the factory pickups, there was a black wire from the middle lug of the volume that goes to the Piezo controller board, I'm assuming that still needs to go to the same place, right?
I've got the EMGs wired up as they normally would be with a 3 way toggle.
There was also a white wire from the piezo controller board that went to the ground lug of the volume control, I've got that hooked up to the EMG 25k volume lug, still I'm getting no signal from either the EMGs or the piezos.

I've left all stock wiring installed on the output jack, but have added the black wire from the battery connector to the longest lug of the output jack.
The middle-length lug of the output jack is going to ground (or at least that's how I've got it wired up since that's normally how EMGs are wired up.)

The one thing that I've got different here is that the middle lug on the volume control normally goes to the short lug on the output jack (right? Trying to do this from memory).... I didn't hook that up because of the black wire that's going to the piezo controller...
What am I missing or where can I find a diagram for this one?

THANKS

Update

OK - Here's what I've got so that you can see what I'm dealing with, maybe that will help make things a little more clear so somebody can help me.

I've got a 3-way toggle switch (Fender replacement 3-way toggle, like that would go into a Telecaster).

I've got it wired like this:

The wiring for the piezos is still the same as stock.
I haven't changed the output jack wiring other than adding the ground wire from the volume control and the negative lead from the battery.
It seems that the pickups are working somewhat, but have a very bad hum and there seems to be a bad ground somewhere.

If anybody can help, it would sure be appreciated!

Try and email Kevan (he hangs up around the projectguitar forum) and I'm sure he'll be able to give you a few pointers.
