If it's wired red is hot, black-white is split, and green is ground. You can try:
1. Switching the red and green wires. This might be out of phase, though.
2. White is hot, red-green is split, and black is ground.
I'm really not sure how the single coils are wired. I may update this in a bit. Either way, both of those will select the opposite coil. One will give you a strong signal but you'll lose any hum canceling. The other will be out of phase but with hum canceling. This is why these pickups get flipped in the first place.
I am 90% sure the 2nd option is the one you want. It should sound the same as if the pickup was flipped but with hum like in 3rd position.
