Swap Magnets V8 V7 question

Hey Guys. I read something on a thread here about doing this swap, and of course, you have to check out LonePhantoms website (lonephantom.com) if you've not read about the same.

I'm going to swap them out, a nd I can get the magnets out no problem, but on the thread on here that I read, it said you have to turn the magnets a 180" after taking them out before putting them back in the new pup?

I don't get this? Can't I just stick them back in remembering how they looked in the old pup? I mean, shouldn't they just go back in the same as they came out, except I'm just changing the pup?

Thanks so much..
Tim

Look back at my blog post about this. A reader did a nice animated gif to show you what to do with the magnets. Nice and easy now. It's in the comments.

Thanks mate. It is a lot better. I still have some customisations to make to make it suit me, but that' will have to wait until I have time to do that.

True that

Oh, HoosierDaddy, I've added the animated GIF into the content of the post now so it's easy to find for you and anyone else contemplating the swap.
