Exclamation Unknown Dimarzio Pickup!!

Hey Hey People,

Just wondered if one of you beautiful people could tell me what pickup this is?



Its from an old marlin strat ripoff, it only has 2 wires too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm hoping its not to bad a pickup but i'm not holding my breath haha

need a replacement for the mafia in my bc rich gunslinger, and would prefer not to drop another 70 quid into getting a pickup.

You have to contact the dimarzio tech by email, they probably will have an answer!

thank you for the responses, i'll get on to dimarzio and find out, and i'll let you know what i find, i'm hoping its an old super distortion but i'm not holding my breath haha
If it is i'm going to have it re wound and brought back to original spec by a friend of mine.

"It appears to be an OEM pickup made for Hondo Guitars in the late 1970s. It is somewhat similar to a Super 2 (Dp104).
DiMarzio Inc."
Not quite what i was going for but it'll be put to use at some point
