Where can i find some paf 36th anniversary soundclips?

For an ibanez rg guitar (preferably maple neck), with a shredding lead tone.
I couldn't find a decent video on youtube.

Even if you find that on Youtube, it will be affected by tons of other variables.

I hope you understand that shredding is usually not the concept behind 36th. It's more of a retro pickup which has its own attributes but does well in some high distortion applications. DiMarzio has a lot more that is tailored for shredding with more pronounced mids. Their site has really great descriptions and can give you relative gains.

FWIW, guitars that I use with Marshall half stacks and full stacks with older school PAFs don't push air that well for the more modern sounding hard rock. Yeah, OK for Cream and Sabbath, but not Metallica or djent so much. Leads can drop off on certain parts of neck and don't cut through so you almost have to craft leads carefully to make it sound OK. Some pickups just blast you and make every note usable on the palette.

In the studio, especially now with the use of computers, you can make any pickup on any guitar get virtually any sound you want, but live you have to pick your gear carefully.
