Wiring an X2N kinda like an esquire?

So, here's my idea. I'd like to wire an X2N with a 3 way toggle, one volume and that's it. Can I achieve this? pos 1: in phase Pos 2: out of phase pos 3: straight to the amp (like bypassing the volume knob) Maybe I'm a moron, but it seems possible

yep you can. If you want a les paul style switch you can use a 3pdt or you can use a blade switch.
