I got this from eB*y for less than $1000 which is an incredible deal. The guy who swirled this is Mike from Livewire Guitars and he also upgraded the pickups to an X2N and Blaze 7. There was a problem with the tone control, and as it turns out the wiring was correct so I had to rewire the whole thing.

I never heard the X2N pickup before (not a big fan of hot pickups) but I really like it now. Comparing to my UV777PBK, this guitar is more spicy - I simply love it!

They were actually fluorescent green stickers put on by the guy who swirled the guitar. I liked them initially, but after couple days of playing, few of them started to fall apart due to sweat and string bending.

So I removed the green dots and replaced with pyramid decals from Jockomo. Here's an updated pic:

This is my "poor man's alternative" to the UV MC RE. I have been playing it for hours and still don't want to put it down.

Bought this from Livewire Guitars who did the swirl and upgraded the pickups to Dimarzio Blaze (N) and X2N (B) which is a little too heavy for me (I am so used to the Blaze bridge p.u. on my UV777PBK). Took me a while to tweak the patches on my POD and now I am starting to get comfortable with the X2N.
