sounds like the newer guitar center models, i saw that exact one before it bought my rg3exqm. The rg2 sells for 299 at my guitar center, there are two other colors models and then the rg3exqm is similar but has a quitled top and a matching headstock. There is I believe two different rg3exqm's.

I wish I would have taken the time to download a pic from this one guy's auction....

There was an Ibanez on the bay a couple days ago that was referred to as a "RG 2 EX" (huh?). It was 2 HB (EMG style Ibanez pickups), with a 24 fret RG neck, and a string through, fixed bridge. It was white with a black binding (looked cool). Said to be rare, but I've never heard of such a thing. Anyone?
