They will go to different points on the fiveway switch if you are coil tapping ,series/parallel or screwing around with the polarity.

The problem is the black and white wires on the first pick up in the picture I think. Black and white are supposed to be together not on separate poles. I could be wrong.

Uh, dude--you can't post links to files on your hard drive. You've got to upload them to a picture hosting site like photobucket or imageshack, then either embed the file in your post with IMG tages, or post the direct link.

This is the current way I have it hooked up. There is definently something wrong but I cant figure it out.

Why? Just go to the free information link on their page. Most pup manufacturers have different color coding anyway. Google is also your friend. Like I stated, if you post a pic, we can help.

Contact Vim Fuego, he's a Jemsite member and used to help me when I had my wiring issues.

I was thinking of getting a pickup wiring kit from Stew-Mac. Do you think that would help? It only has a 3 way switch and comes with directions on where to hook up the pickup wires.

i didnt fit the pick ups mate,i have someone who does those kinda jobs for me.i swapped that guitar and a 777vbk for a 777vdy.

This is how I install my pickups (H-S-H):

- green and bare from both humbuckers going to the volume pot
- red from the bridge humbucker goes to the 1st slot on the switch

- black and white from the neck pickup to the 8th slot.

Slots, or whatever those metal things are called...
