Allright, I'll keep that in mind, thanks. But to me, the feel and sound would be the most important. I like most basswood bodies, and old japanese necks mainly have quite the feel to them. And the HSS setup would prove for alot of dynamics in sound.

Check to see if it has the Pamelina signature on it... If its a custom paint job, then maybe its not worth the price they are asking...

Good luck, only buy it if you really want it.

How would about a 600-700 US dollars be as price for this one? After all, we have quite high taxes in Denmark.

Hmm... Are you sure the serial number is for an 86? Is it F6xxxxx or maybe it is F86xxxx which will make this an 88.
Anyway it looks like an early 560 with the volume knob placed to close to the pickup rings.

Yes! A very good guitar as a starter.....even for more experienced players. These were some of the finest guitars Ibanez ever produced.
