I couldn't find any of the parts down or anything new, although they could have put it in the code and not make it visible yet. They only new guitar I saw on there was the DTB100

You can get more Mooney with a testicle.

The prestige series is a dream, my issue with them: the Ibanez check mark on the headstock isnt there. Wont stop me from buying one, but it feels and looks odd.

I would like to see just a couple more options with Ibby's line's, one being Maple necks on the Mid line models. But I know it wont happen. Japan gets some of the coolest though.

I like that black 1670. It needs a matching headstock though.

I think I said it in another threat but the fountain blue version of that they had in Japan was incredible!
I just thought it was funny: I saw the updates here and on other euro boards and thought, "hey I wonder if anything filtered through to the Ibanez US site". Once there they had a nice banner for "New in 2011" where you click through and find... a bunch of ugly Gio's.

As I said in another thread, the US is doing it different this year, and they can since they didn't do SNAMM. There's a list of models and a list of release dates and no dealer is allowed to put models online until that date.

But no, we're not getting that butt ugly 1670, thankfully.

Strange, that the Yanks feel they arnt buying enough new guitars.. Compared to Australia, the US are selling way more new guitars, even on their worst day.. Is that really the reason these guitars arnt for sale in the US ?
