Yep, it is a very nice refin on a GIO. But I have played one, too, and they are not bad at all! If the price is right, go for it! I wouldn't pay more than about 300 though, because at that price you can start getting 7620s and the like on the used market.

That's it, I was really put off track by the fact that the headstock logo did not have the Gio letters and the is no trace of ever being there but it is a GRX720 BK and the refinish is well done with no trace of it.

Help identifying a 7 string RG guitar

I have a 7 string RG guitar for some time now, I bought it used and never could identify it's model, the pickus alegedly have been changed to V7 and V8.
Any help in identifying this guitar would be appreciated.
