Lonely Raven As well as the JS-100 going for $450-500 which is terribly sad.
You know all those people selling them got suckered into the guitar,
eventually realized what it was, and are trying to get *some* of their
money back so they can get a Jem or JS-1000

sniperfrommars1 Well. This is good and bad. Good for those of us getting rid of em Bad for those wanting a new one. The bad thing specifically bein the 555. It should sell over 400 used, but it typically brings 650 to 700 on ebay. Which is just ridiculous

big al Seems like a lot of dealers feel that they can get high selling prices for used Ibanez Jems also. I have noticed many "dealer" actions for Jems and UV's with starting prices at $1000+ and you know that they only paid some poor guy $400 for it on a trade in.
My point being, word is out that you can get high prices on Jems. The problem is that they see a PMC go for $2,500 so they figure they can get $1,500+ for any Jem (Ibanez or Despagni).

Ebay Despagni swirl

Ok, I'll bite...

Just who is putting up that Despagni Jem on Ebay, and KEEPING it there for the last... geez, more than a month! That must cost a lot of money, and if you can't sell it for the price you want on Ebay, why not take it off? Seems crazy to me.

Ah well, no big deal, just an aside...
