SalemB In Sweden, it is Crafton that distributes Ibanez. If you live far away from a dealer you might convince Crafton to send you the parts you need directly.

GhesQi J Actually, Tremelo is a Belgian city in Flemish Brabant.
Mostly known for "Father Damian" who was born there. (you know : the 'Molokai - lepra - Father Damian')

PerKr hmm... looked at the EKG link. and... damn... I feel poor... and I wish I had a house in the US so I could just get around the problem with taxes when buying stuff...

does anyone have a simple drawing of the old JEM body? Something scaled down so that I could enlarge it, print it and use for making my own body (the one here on jemsite is good but I donīt know how much it needs to be enlarged to be full-size)?

I could get down from $500 to maybe $200 (including help with cutting the thing on a bandsaw and doing some of the routing) for the body (I don't dare to do a neck).

Mmmkay, I'll... forgive you.

I've learned so much on these forums in the past months, so I'm glad I could give a bit of 'new' information back to a long-time member like you.

after you said TremElo, I even had to dig out my Lo-Pro manual again cause I wasn't quite sure about it anymore.. cheers!

kennydoe If it's Tremelo, then Ibanez just made it up, because that word, with an E, is not in Webster's.

But then again, neither is 'Whammy Bar"

sniperfrommars1 Tremolo is actually an increase and decrease in volume not pitch. A VIBRATO BAR would be a better standard term but its all the same I guess. Whammy bar is the *** butlovable term. I say vibrata you say vibrato

Jeff The funny thing is...I know how you spell it, I just did that as a memory of strongbad
